Different Smooth and Fruity Cocktails!

Calvados Tonic

  • 3 cl Calvados Blanche

  • 7 cl tonic

  • 1 slice of lemon

  • Some ice cubes

Put the ice cubes and the lemon in a glass, serve the Blanche and complete with the tonic.

Aurore Boréale

  • 4 cl Calvados Blanche

  • 1.5 cl Cointreau

  • 5 cl guava juice

  • 1 cl fresh lemon juice

  • 0.5 cl strawberry syrup

Serve the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve.


Apple Mojito

  • 4 cl of Calvados Blanche

  • 1 lime cut into 4 wedges

  • 2 teaspoons of brown cane sugar

  • 8 mint leaves

  • 8 cl of Canada Dry

  • Crushed ice cubes

In a large enough glass, put the mint, sugar and lime. Using a pestle, crush the whole to bring out the aromas. Then add the crushed ice, Blanche and Canada Dry and serve with a straw.

Canarï

  • 4 cl of Calvados Blanche

  • 2 cl of Cointreau

  • 2 cl of barley syrup

  • 7 cl of apricot juice

Serve the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve.



Elixir

  • 3 cl of Calvados Blanche

  • 1 cl of Passoa

  • 7 cl of apricot juice

  • 3 cl of cranberry juice

  • 1 cl of strawberry syrup

Serve the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve.ettre dans un shaker avec des glaçons, secouer vigoureusement et servir.

Le Vrai Normand

  • 3 cl Calvados Blanche

  • 2 cl Pommeau de Normandie

  • 6 cl apple juice

  • 1 dash of grenadine

Serve the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve.


Le Carados

  • 4 cl Calvados Blanche

  • 2 cl caramel liqueur

  • 1 cl grapefruit syrup

  • 8 cl cranberry juice

  • Some ice cubes

Serve the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve.

Reine Mathilde

  • 3 cl Calvados Blanche

  • 2 cl pineapple juice

  • 1 cl grenadine

  • 2 cl apple juice

  • 1 cl vanilla syrup

  • 1 cinnamon stick

Serve all the ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve then put the cinnamon in the glass.


Le Kir Normand

  • 2 cl of blackcurrant, peach or blackberry cream

  • 2 cl of Calvados Blanche

  • Complete with brut cider from Normandy

Pour in the cream of your choice, then the Calvados Blanche and top with the cider.

Punch Calvados – Pommeau – fruits rouges.

  • Calvados Blanche

  • Normandy pommel

  • Orange juice or apple juice

  • Grenadine

  • Maceration: orange, lemon, apple, red fruits

Pour all the liquids into a bowl or other container that can accommodate your punch. Add whole red fruits, orange, lemon and apple slices and let macerate in the refrigerator for at least an hour, ideally overnight.

Please note, for fruit macerations we recommend that you favor fruits from organic farming.

As with any punch, you can adapt the recipe with other fruits and fruit juices according to your tastes and inspirations!
